I am the founder/CEO of Culture Shift Labs, Culture Shifting Weekends, co-author of Black is the New Green and the NAACP nominated book $50 BILLION Dollar Boss (about Black women entrepreneurs). My specialty is diversity & innovation with a personal commitment to, and expertise in, racial equality since 1999.

I've provided early adopting clients with progressive strategy and activation services for 30+ years. I'm a B2B strategist that operates from a business and corporate development lens. I've also launched several groundbreaking projects in my career. My work includes uniting businesses with Black influencers, accomplished tech innovators, investors and inventors (SME’s) to solve problems, generate opportunities, drive value and increase impact.

I'm called a "CEO's secret weapon” because I enable them to leapfrog over the competition. I'm hired to develop road maps that identify overlooked business opportunities, assess scenarios where M&A of minority owned firms or inventors inventions are being considered, increase diversity on boards, in venture capital and more.

Known for engineering competitive advantage strategies, clients rely on me to re-imagine existing business models and programs accused of being dysfunctional. In 2000, I developed a gap analysis process to identify and activate opportunities for domestic and global growth.

A proud moment in my career was consulting the defense team of a prominent NYC law firm helping them win a landmark diversity case.

I serve on the D&I board of Singularity University, am a special advisor to Sphinx Music, a Senior Fellow of Social Innovation at Babson College and serve on the JPMorgan Chase Advancing Black Pathways Advisory Counsel.
